Do you work for the company trying to trick holders out of even more money? The director's own grandmothers couldn't speak well of the job they've done.

To give you an idea of the level of failure I see here:
The company I work for built a warehouse in 8 months worth less than 300 million, they built it in an area where land values are so high a 2 bedroom hovel is worth about 1.5 million.
If you stand on one side of the warehouse you literally can't see a car on the other end, the roofs are so high you'd need to stack two high reach forklifts to reach them.

The place nearly set the standard for energy efficiency and has amazing amenities for the workers.
We sometimes joke that for the price they paid the roof sometimes leaks and in summer if it gets above 45 degrees the temperature controlled Areas go above -22 but they honestly make Cann look like the disgrace they are.
