A bit odd. Why extend US operation needs such big cash injection, especially when ARX has decent cash on hand already? New Zealand has only 30 million sheeps anyway, there is a limit on production output and the factory upgrade only costs several million and almost done, isn't it?
Feel more like inviting cornerstone investers on board. Share holders get diluted by 1/7th but with cornerstone investers, one can expect EV to match PNV soon?
