Many company directors across various industries consider an asset sale a capital raise. It's just a fancy way of saying without giving away the surprise before the purchasing party has a chance to react and announce. I'm sure the others know more than me but they were very vague in the announcement, and if it were a normal capital raise they would have gotten on with the announcement already.
