choi... think about it... if you did it in reverse...ie release good news on her-xaxx...share price up... then cap raise...share price down...
this is so smart to do it this way...
bullet proof imu first...big pharma cannot low ball now... then go bang with trial results...
that's why IMU have the best team... management trust is a huge part of my investments..
it's completely de risked now... this is the best news one could hope for...well for long term investors like me...
