Thanks @CourtneyFish, I was remembering this interview as I read Leslie's reply to Jip yesterday. In particularly the part where Paul Hopper talks about finding a buyer before Phase 2 so that the small Biotech (IMU in this case) doesn't need to find the capital to fund production; this comment has stayed with me. However, it's also interesting listening to Paul again about it being unusual for a small bio to go beyond the phase 2.

Around the 25-26 minute mark he's achieved what he mentions here, like buying in the experts and partnering with universities and labs, and gathering the team with the skills to pull this together.

It seems to me that he has the chance with IMU to buck the trend and go into production with key funding partners and make his mark in history. Others have mentioned CSL, we'll see, but with Leslie behind the wheel it might be possible.
