To me, the bigger surprise is that they didn't push the button on a CR when the price was at 45c. The obvious endgame for IMU is acquisition by a pharmaceutical titan, and it makes sense never to be too desperate for money when they're sniffing around. You never want to be in a situation where they can pick you off for less than true value - because you're in dire financial straits.
