    Let's wait and see what this will be... I've participated in a couple of CR where the SP went up!

    I'm guessing funds to run a registrational trial for HER-Vaxx and for the onCARlytics PH1 & registrational trials. Maybe a BP or fund acquiring a 10% stake in IMU to raise $150m? I wouldn't be disappointed with that as it would provide a clear path to the finish line (one way or the other) for HER-Vaxx.
