    I wont be suprised if this is for Townsville. The feasibility Study finished not long ago.

    Frank also highlighted the "upcoming" Townsville Gigafactory on 6/5/21

    NY is fully funded and at capacity at 1.8GWH. This CR isn't for additional funding it will be for another start up imo.
