I must admit that the timing of this CR is intriguing - at about the same time that their quarterly report is due. I hope it isn't a case of draft quarterly hits the inbox of the Board, the directors suddenly have concerns as to the cash burn rate and hence insist on an immediate capital raise!

If it is a raise just to top up working capital, that will be very disappointing and the share price deserves what it gets. I am trusting this capital raise is a little more strategic in its intent (bringing on-board an institutional or strategic investor, capital to advance a project) - we will know in the next day or so.
