So PLS made a boo-boo. Not as extreme as some other boo-boos seen in this sector in recent years.
Forgot the Cleansing Notice and only filed the Application for quotation of securities (3b).
The 3b was released on the 29th, the Change of Directors Interest notice (3y) was released on the 30th. All within acceptable timeframes.
Seems Mr Easterwood stuffed up, but given the other notices were filed, I don't see this as a major issue and IMO will be dealt with rapidly by the Court.
