Sounds to me like rather than the ship sinking Jatcorp is still growing exponentially.
Another acquisition is great news providing it links into Jatcorp current FMCG market space. As for a capital raise Jatcorp still has about $4 mill worth of shares already approved at the last meeting to use.
Interesting times ahead.
Jatcorp does not stay still for long.
