Some companies you just watch. Back at the time I was happy to be a foundation investor in floats like this (although I wasn't involved in JAT - though I would have been happy to take up a position in the initial private offer of the first round because at that stage all that is happening is getting the company shell back to being solvent.

Often the first round investors (and often the restructure guys themselves) don't know what venture will be injected into the shell. I will keep watching but this operation looks an awful lot like a 'jack of all trades' exercise - having a go at lots of things but not particularly good or focused on any of them. That's not really a recipe for success and personally I prefer to make money than to gamble.
