The main construction delivery team has all but left due to the inhouse toxicity as these institutional ex operational FMG guys all thought they were the next Twiggy of SOP but the realty is they have no experience other than playing with production schedules and running plants, which have already been financed, constructed, commissioned and production set / achieved.
They are not business savvy let alone pioneers.
