So if this tanks, we can have some tiny comfort in knowing that their gifted shares are at a loss, but they'll probably just sell on market anyway and contribute the rapid decline JOY

Just remember the sp will only go down if one sells shares (probably at a loss). Just dont get left behind on the inevitable rapid incline
