    Acquisition AND capital raising. Will be interesting to see the details. Tbh I didn’t expect this. Was more looking forward to increasing production and bringing in the $$$ but clearly an opportunity has popped up.

    Given recent fund buying of late perhaps they’ve already locked in the capital as there are no term sheets flying around that I’ve seen (yet).
