TASMAN RESOURCES LTD (ASX Code: TAS, TASOE) – TRADING HALT

We request that a trading halt be placed on Tasman Resources Ltd (“Tasman” shares and options
in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending the release of announcement regarding the
trading halt entered into by Conico Ltd (in which Tasman holds 99,304,539 ordinary shares,
representing 10.84% of the total issued capital of Conico Ltd), to be lodged prior to the
commencement of trading on Friday 30 July 2021.

Tasman Resources Ltd is not aware of any reason that a trading halt should not be granted
