To be clear, my criticism of Ralph relates to his communication skills and the timing of the CR at this price. Money is the lifeblood of the small cap space. A bit of hype would have gone a long way to securing a better raise. This is not to take away from Ralph's stewardship through difficult times. Securing the pipeline we have, even without Nanodx, is no mean feat, and once the orders start rolling in, he will go from zero to hero. We are at an inflection point thanks to his efforts.
