If it was for the ramp up, a competent team would have been able to get a raising from a respectable firm at a respectable price. Instead we have Peekey (still hasn't worked out what MEMS are) rolling up with a couple of kids he found needing some extra cash to upgrade their RM Williams. We'll give them some cheap shares, they'll flog on market, they get their shoes. Everyone wins except sensera shareholders.
