I am surprised that a poster said that they had been told that shareholders would participate .If it doesn’t happen that poster should get on the phone and let fly ,I have seen the Term Sheet and no mention of a general issue
We all can vent our feelings on polling day ,I know how my vote will go on certain Director reelection applications ,I also know that it probably will do nothing apart from allowing me to vent in an appropriate way , my dismay at how badly they have managed things
