How many shares on issue when Ralph took over as ceo and what was the share price?
How many shares on issue post this raise and what will the share price likely be?
also interesting to note the number of warrants outstanding and at what price?
I had hoped Ralph was hanging around as a director to restore some reputation with a turn around after basically destroying sensera through dilution and failed guidance but it is looking like more of the same. Anyone holding from when he began as ceo will need 20x plus just to break even. Best he concentrate on his new full time sales role elsewhere at this point.
