Their MD is their CEO and a director, that's the title given to a dual role. MDs can often be founders in startups. That aside, not sure of the relevance regarding the personnel. Diversity can be in the form of independent thinking, varying experience and background ultimately leading to robust decision making and good governance and running of the company. So again not sure what the concern is here. Unless there is other objective information that hasn't surfaced and been brought to light.
Did the company yesterday provide market sensitive information and reveal the nature of the CR (inc value and key investors). That shouldn't have occurred under ASX ruling. So how did this privileged information come out, or are we allowing speculation to run wild?
