Agreed, It is a bit of a pain for the retail shareholders. Especially for those who supported the prior raising and saw through the acquisition.
On the other hand it also creates a new base of support with the potential to attract further future investment on market.
If there is substantial interest from the sophs the terms may be amended... depends on the number of investors and how much of the pie they each will bid for
