Re points 1 and 2 in your appraisal Eire @Eire2011 Is this an accurate statement? "Wayne now new to the company".
I recall WP had another role at the company before becoming chairman -for a considerable time?
Is this a correct statement? Kindly correct the facts if I have this wrong. Can someone clarify this please?
The points 3-12 may seem all well and good Eire however after that, hasn't the SP sunk over 97% since this new chairmanship on the 9th FEb 2016?

That being the case I remain baffled why the BOD at the time between 9th of Feb and 23rd of May (when Rodne resigned) after they clearly discovered as you say "a basket case", why they didn't decide then and there to wind up the company and return what they could to shareholders (rather than continue with Mr Patterson as chairman).
Why was that?
