Unfortunately if this is a private placement, read "sweetheart deal", I think you are 100% correct. The price has been manipulated down to an acceptable level for those with their noses in the trough. I guess those that are in control and have been for many years are ready to cash in their chips. The resource is a behemoth, rank and file shareholders have been bypassed and the baton is about to be exchanged IMO. I haven't been in CAY for as long as many posters but long enough for me to be disillusioned. I see some share price appreciation coming and will be happy to make some money and exit. But it will not be the 10-bagger bonanza that I envisaged years ago. Cheers to all.
