I can't respond directly to your moderated post FishiePal but you are 100% spot on. To get into a position where the fund managers are dictating to the company the CR price at such a discount shows the boards mismanagement at all levels, especially at this stage of the project. My average entry price is 8c so I am back to where I was 3 years ago. It also interests me when the ASX asks for a please explain when the share price moves higher for no apparent reason, but they don't call for one when the SP takes a dive. I wonder how the company would have explained this one, "SP being manipulated so the fund managers can take a very cheap position for a capital raising which doesn't reflect the true value of the company".
