thks mode i am old fashion / old school when i looked at a property i owned it [deal done ] when i went out the gate or didnt go back -- brought a lot of farms. tooomaaaala stn is a very good strategic move - wouldnt mine seeing the annual returns as i dont think net \will be as good as some think more to this deal than a feed of rump steak
