    I'm not here to cross promote, but just for clarity with CAP you're looking at the wrong raise. That's not where Regal got involved.

    Regal taking shares facilitated CAP resolving disputes with it's JV partner and minority partner (it's a bit of a long messy story, but that's the summary - basically Regal took some of the JV partner's shares as part of the settlement) which is what sent the share price rocketing from ~3-4c to ~15c (peaking over 20c).

    Don't get me wrong Regal made a killing - but so did other shareholders.

    To bring it back to WWI, I'm just saying that a soph taking shares can be a good thing if the cash facilitates the company getting on with things - even if the soph isn't in for the long haul.
