If they did that, they would be raising at a discounted current share price - so less than $2.
But if they announced FDA approval, I would assume SP would quickly move up, then they could raise at a higher share price and we would be less diluted.
Although, if it was only a SPP (or pro rata options) offered to current share holders and not a placement to give instos a big (and overly cheap) slice of the pie, then I wouldn't mind a CR now.
If they did that, they would be raising at a discounted current...
