I think you might find that David Argyle (FNT's and HotCopper/TMH's largest shareholder) might hold the key.
In addition, Alec Pismiris is the Non-Executive Chairman of HotCopper (whose owners are "The Market Herald" ASX:TMH).
Of course, Alec Pismiris is also the Non-Executive Chairman of FNT.
FYI, this time last year David Argyle bought AUD$328k worth of the HotCopper/TMH stock.
