Yeh it's definitely in relation to Medgate, TK even said to expect an update regarding it in August. As for your questions I think for (a) it'd be likely that it goes live immediately in Switzerland but if it does include other countries (most likely only the European countries) then maybe a slight delay to onboard there, but as far as implementation wise I would expect everything is ready to go as that's why they extended the trial so they can workout the best usage of it. Regarding (c) TK already mentioned it'd pay per use aligning with our current model, now whether they're pre-paying for x number of uses or are just being invoiced for the number of actual uses we probably won't know, though TK did mention on Medgate's service what they choose to do regarding payment for it is up to them (whether they charge an additional fee or no fee/take it out of there current fees).
