Licensed distributors or however they present the announcement - are a dime a dozen.
They outlay nothing and if the product sells the distributor makes a commission. If it does not sell they simply delete it from the product range.
All the distributor does is put the product range and rely on the company supplying the product to spend their millions on marketing the app.
The link between the product and the distributor is missing - MARKETING - The package is not being pulled together by a professional marketing team.
I cannot see how the announcement will have a positive effect on the share price.
The share price is currently too high IMO
Traders will push up the price on the news release, trade and disappear.
When the company demonstrates it can deliver revenue on a consistent growth basis - then the share price will show sustainable growth.
The stories have run out of puff.
Somebody at some point has to buy the product for share price value to improve
