Wilsons/Morgans have soaked up over $1million net this month, the free float/resistance has dried up and these two brokers can just hit the bid and mark up the price to support their positions
Any weakness post cap raise will be well supported by these, they might even be involved with the raise
Full broker data for the month of July is also bullish with citigroup also taking a small chunk early in the month
