That $647,171.25 is made up of the 6% placement fee raised plus the $11,000 per month Corporate advisory fee. 6% seems to be the going rate for small cap raises and a lot of that was rebated to brokers participating in that February raise... again normal practice.

At time of the original placement I was critical, and still am of the 500 million option issue to CPS and their nominees, of which the 261,349,998 have been issued and some apportioned.

But having said that, the reality of the situation is this was part of the deal which funded Jewell and no one can say BRK and all shareholders didn't benefit from the outcome of that raise... without the February raise associated with that very generous free option issue, BRK would still be trading at 1 c and no Jewell well activity .
