@JAarNo , BRK have not yet provided a time line for Rangers or Flames as yet , only indicating that they want to keep up the momentum. BRK have stated that the pre-pad work has been progressing with site surveying completed ahead of pad construction.
That should mean that pad construction commencement should be able to begin rapidly. It took BRK from March 9 when they initiated the construction of the pad, to June 9 to start rig demobilisation.... and will be another 2+ months till mid-late August for the the well to flow. There was a few weeks pause between facility construction and the start of completion, which hopefully will be sometime this week so about a six and a half month timeframe from start to finish.
If we assume a similar timeframe for Rangers, with pad works hopefully starting early September, the drilling could potentially be done by December. Then depending on how much facility construction, completion activity takes place over winter, a March 2022 production start may be possible, potentially earlier if there is no down time for winter and no gap between finishing the drill and waiting on production facility construction and tie in before completion like for Jewell.
The same again should probably apply for Flames and I can't see why they couldn't go directly back to back from Rangers drilling to Flames commencement, with early pad preparation and not waiting for ranger completion.
We shall see , but by this time 2022, I would find it hard to imagine all 3 wells not in production.
As for a guess for production rates assuming 1)Jewell 44% WI , 2)Rangers 80% WI and 3) Flames80% WI , bearing in mind the wells typically decline at 40% per annum, and all IP 24 at 1300 BOEPD, we could see
1)~ 350 +2) ~830 +3) ~1300
or ~2650 BOEPD net production to the BRK WI. ( excluding the current ~130 BOEPD)
( Please no one attempt to calculate potential production revenue by multiplying the ~2650 by WTI as production is BOE , not BO)
Pretty impressive running rate for a company where ALL the production is organic development by the company and JV partners with no acquisitions ( Excluding a few BOEPD for the Orion project) and we should be able to book ~20 MMBOE SWISH PDP, PUD reserves ( excluding 5 MMBOE STACK , Bullard DSU and Thelma reserves)
