37% discount on options? How about management offer those terms to loyal retail holders for a change? I'm sure $7M would be raised in a heartbeat. These deals utterly sh@t me now having seen them in IOU ( was powering through 70-80c) now languishing in 20's after $50M deal raised at 50c, LPD, AUT, ADX. IMU the list goes on. It smashes momentum and disgruntles the f#@k out of us.
