A class action didn't even get mounted against Slater and Gordon... Now some serious money was lost there by a lot of high rollers. About 99% of value wiped out.

How much do you think was lost collectively by aggrieved shareholders on HCT? Most didn't even invest over $1000. The cost of a class action could be far greater than the sum of losses by shareholders. A lot of people lost half a peanut from the peanut they invested in this small cap. Only a handful would have lost substantial money - they're better off suing in their own right. For the vast majority it would cost them more than they would get back. On top of that it could take over 5 years to get resolved. That's a lot of time and money to stay bitter over a couple of hundred bucks.
