not sure you get it, people have been burnt by the Dr buy him putting out fake announcements, initially health therapies original order was for over 1 million and then shortly after they increased their order to over 3 million which will indicate huge sales just in the US market, then 3 months later the total GLOBAL sales of 50 0k was announced that is straight out misinformation, that caused a massive share price drop. they have also talked up the nasal and lip balm which has never happened TGA approval started 3 months after they said it did and it has been a year and nothing has been achieved. fogging robot where being tested at multiple airports with orders expected, over a year results never published. Plus dr has been gifting himself incentive shares and selling them and not declaring to the market, ASIC made him do this.
so I don’t think ASIC is the biggest problem for the Dr as previous shareholders have now been given clear evidence by ASIC that he supplied false information, if you lost money as a result you are now within your rights to take a class action against the dr, that will cost all HCT shareholders as he will pay for it through insurance paid by shareholders.
