It's not going to change that much. They'll be slapped with a fine if found to have contravened the legislation - which they do deserve - and hopefully from there they'll go about business honestly and diligently.
Unfortunately ASIC can't punish HCT without punishing investors also. I hope to see a ban on the Doc put in place. That would be getting to the heart of the real issue.
