Hope you are wrong on the CR at a premium as I have been adding to my position in the low mid 5s as see this at a no bariner with the graphite in play. Trying to get as much expousure to the new IPO as regard it as one the best purity of graphite around and happy to come through the back door buy buying Marvel . I hope the raise is a rights or SPP in the 5s but sadly tend to agree that it will be at a premiuim , Also very happy that Trevor Benson ex WKT is joing.the new company ... Good Luck and DYOR
