Well Directors have most to lose when a company does have a cap raise issue
Imagine how you’re feeling and times it by say 1,000 cause Directors all have tons more shares
No one would cap raise unless they really needed to (for company to survive) or an outstanding opportunity to grow and prosper with the money.
