Doubt it.
If it’s a big name that wants a big slice of the company, they won’t need to be enticed with a discount.
NVX have circa 140 million cash on hand, they aren’t desperate for cash.
This CR is going to be a a very positive one for current holders if I had to guess.
What if it’s Samsung SDI who are getting these shares? Or Tesla even? The SP would rocket, wouldn’t it?
So yeah… CRs can certainly be good for the share price depending on who/what they are for.
