These 'idiots' have taken us from a 20c ipo back in the GRA days to $3 ...or more recently from $29c last year to $3 with very little dilution so far.Not to mention gifting holders a cheap spp at 29c along the way.Any sort of regular Credit raise and the word would be out resulting in a drop pre raise as per normal.This is different and explains the large buy orders recently\the mini sell downs etc ie insto's hoovering up shares from retail.Wait and see but I'm guessing VW are about to show their hand.
