That was the whole point of the NASDAQ listing. It's to get easier access to capital. There isn't a reason to do it before then. So to me it looks like it has something to do with an OEM or a cell manufacturer making a large investment. And if that's the case then the capital raise might be for a premium rather than a discount.
Furnace gen 3 is being installed in October and that's partially funded by the Government.
