I wouldn't think one customer only with a strategic investment, but they probably get first dibs at large scale, then NVX could expand to others over time.... No one else (apart from Sanyo/Tesla) would need more than 30k-40k tonnes at this stage IMHO.
European expansion would be amazing, but with the momentum in the US I would think they would want to shore up supply and product quality in the US first. Europe maybe in 2-3years...?
