Only payment owing now is CAD150,000. CAD2.35m on acquisition of projects.
According to the article it states " Consideration will be paid from VML’s existing cash reserves. Dependent upon access for due diligence as set out above, the acquisition will complete before 28 February 2022."
So this transaction will cost peanuts to VML for the next 6 months. Golf clap changed to a stand-up applause.
If this was the olympics it would be a gold medal performance!
