So first off, this is my understanding of the Feasibility Study for the Kipawa & Zues Rare Earth Project by Precious Metals Corp. Simplified.
Whilst I believe Vital will likely start small-scale to minimize upfront capital costs.... Should Vital ramp up production at Kipawa to the levels reported in the report, the below may be an indication of what we can expect to come.
$42m Capital Mining Cost (Once off)
$18.1m per year Mine Operating Costs (Recurring)
$48.7m per year Processing Costs (Recurring)
$175.32m per year in revenue. (Recurring)
:. $108.52m per year in profits (recurring)
If Vital should use similar methods and processes as discovered at Nechalacho, the recurring processing costs would be significantly smaller... which in return, this would significantly add to the profit margin.
Translated to revenue in excel...
