I have been buying since last year, average up, about fully loaded now.
This lithium shortage is going to last longer.
The chairman of Ganfeng said in an interview two days ago,
"the situation of short supply will continue to be maintained. Even before 2030, we have not seen a particularly large supply that will lead to oversupply.
Lithium carbonate price will be sitting between US$15,400/t and US$18,500/t".
US$15,500/t is very reasonable, then HMW after tax NPV would be well above $2 billion. At 40% of after tax NPV, that would be about $3/share.
All imo.
