Receipt of that is material - it cements the deal. I'd imagine that we're in receipt and waiting to sign the next bit of the deal. This is what then triggers all the processes to begin both the mine construction discussions, and the demerger.
IMO it is THIS that will re-rate us.... this week was simply anticipation for the re-rate
