The Chairman is also one of the co-founders of the company, another insider purchased $267k at 23c in June. 1.8m was purchased from the Chairmans List of nominated SH. So I'm tipping there a few people involved from management. I just got a partial allocation for my request on the raise which also means it was well taken up by other soph investors.
