    Reminder :

    imec has agreed to integrate 4DS Memory with its megabit platform back in October 2019.

    Lot 4 was the last set of iteration work that takes us to the 1Mb Non-Filamentary Interface Switching ReRAM chip.

    Positive results from the Second Platform Lot will open the door to a 2021 commercial transaction.
